The Malaysian government will make an announcement tomorrow on Lynas Corp.?s planned rare-earth refinery in Kuantan state following a health and safety review by a panel of experts appointed by the International Atomic Energy Agency.
A briefing will be held at 11 a.m. local time in Kuala Lumpur, the government said in a statement.- Bloomberg
