If there is an EGM in the wings one easy way to knock off the interlopers is for the board to issue a wack of new shares to a "white Night". They can issue Up to 15% of total issued shares which would amount to around 188 million new shares in one entitys hand.......then with current holders loyal to the board it would make it hard for a spill to succeed. They can do it even after an egm has been called!!!!!
