    Well I guess we have the 135m shares cancelled for the Hume Deal as some buffer.

    135m shares at say 5c is only a $6.75m buffer.

    They said actual cash at end of quarter was over $12m in the last 5B report.

    So what is the purpose of this cap raise and for how much and in reality I dont think they could raise more than $15m anyway.
