    Do we really expect such a huge drop to 5c?

    What sort of discount is normally given on issue? 5c sounds a bit too much imo, a raising at 6c is still a 15% or there abouts discount..

    If it's aimed at the institutions overseas or here we have no look in so i guess i better get ready to average down on market..
