Looks that way and you can understand the punters that will, especially when it was spruiked that the final 2.18m (414.12-416.30m) of the hole was logged with 4% chalcopyrite but the assays only came back with 'fairy dust' (see below from Seals' earlier post). Something stinks here because its way off. Certainly needs explaining and can't be fobbed off with a simple 'oh, its only a stratigraphic hole'. Something was represented that ultimately was not reality.
