Mmmmmm.........you don't read much do you? SAS just completed an oversubscribed and underwritten $17.5m cap raise in March which should see them through to the launch of the first 20 Pearls Q1 2019. And on Friday the Founders and Executive management agreed to voluntarily escrow up to 92.5% of the 1.08 billion coming out of escrow on the 31st May so perhaps have a go at reading these announcements or get someone to read them for you if you don't understand.
