Fair enough, I share your frustration.
I call the CR at 2.5 or 3c. 3c is 10% disc to 10 day VWAP and might be enough if the insto is a friendly. For sophs there would probably have to be a deeper discount. Given the minimal dilution I don't care that much - small investors will never get the best deal. What is more important is that they use the cash for creating leverage to growth.
We'll have to wait for the deals to assess the scale as each closes, but Divan and Sunfly alone have created enough underlying value for a serious re-rate of the SP once we see evidence of cashflow.
