$10 worth a "long" punt. Anything more than that is downright silly.
People need to understand that all the good people left QBE about 4 years ago when the writing was on the wall. Many headed to IAG, Suncorp and the member/state based insurers.
QBE's lack of re-investment into existing profitable businesses and continous borrowing to buy stray portfolios has caught up with them, this will take years to correct and they must offload entire businesses including the three dogs - Winterthur, Praetorian and Balboa and for gods sake, get the hell out of Crop Insurance like I've said 50 times. Why do you think the previous insurer offloaded it?
