Management credibility is completely shot in this company. This is more than a cyclical downturn story, there some serious structural issues in this company.
Sales per share have been declining for 4 years+ and once of its biggest problems is it keeps raising capital (scrip on issue has almost doubled since 2003).
It may bounce to $15+ from here but its a sell in my view from a long-term investment perspective.
