Can anybody explain please:
What is the actual value of this well per annum based on 250 BOPD and oil at say $100 per barrel
250 x 100 = 25,000 per day x 60% working Interest
$15,000 per day less operating costs @ $30 per barrel (not sure on industry std $30 x 250 BOPD = $7500 )
$7500.00 per day approx x 356 days
2.6 million per year clear profit ???
If this is correct,
Maybe a follow on question....What would be the value of the company.....conservative estimate ??
