trading halt hypothesis

Anyone have any ideas?
Capital Raising? (at these prices it would have to be a decent amount of paper? some 100m shares probably. would be significantly dilutive to the asset backing per security. hope this isnt the case as I still believe that the share price is far to low. I would prefer them to sell a few additional assets. It would almost be better for security holders to wind up than to issue additional share capital)
Notice about ICON? (would like to hope not)
Sales? (I wouldnt have thought sales would cause a halt, unless its multiple site sales?)

Anything else?
