paying 10 percent on there short term facility,a lot of people would be happy with that.just wandering how much the pubs slash clubs are generating compared to how much they are paying in interest.but with low m/c you would think they would have to issue twice as many shares on issue,shorely there must be a better solution.you would think the general property values should have increased a little.also pubs in good locations should leed to developement prospects
