I was reading barnett's comment more closely and he said that he is proposing "modest restructering" to separate out JH and OPR.

It didnt make sense to me initially as how could JHEP affect OPR, but then I read some article in macquarie edge saying that one of the major reason of OPR delay is huge resource upgrade in jack hills required further study.

I guess this is it. Barnett was pointing out it and murchinson will be announcing some changes to the structure of mine and infrastructure.

I dont think its about extension approval its about this changes and approval may be given during the week. This also make sense as murchinson knew it in advance that they only need one day for this announcement.


Remember barnett also indicated that he has discussed it with all existing players.
