This is most likely about the OPR structure (infrastructure) and possibly crosslands structure (Mining)

I wont be surprised if it's negative. Not at all.

With all the rumours going around the Chinese must be involved somewhere.

Dont disgard that the WA govt will not give approval if MMX dont show them the money.
