The last Trading Halt was on 4 April 2002, lasting 2 days.

On that ocasion we had:

That referred to the successful completion of the Phase II trial.

Now we are waiting for the Final Report on that Trial; it is due so there is a chance that could be it.

Also, last year's April some securities were issued but I don't think you need to close down trading for 2 days.

Finally, cash. Gominer reckons they had enough for 12 months, although PBT seemed to suggest, they had more. So they don't really need more unless they had something in mind.. Placements leak out quickly.

The important Schering Agreement went through without a Trading Halt so my opinion is that it could be the Final Report on PHASE II of the drug PBT-1 (Alzheimers).
