gbst earnings were 8 million for the fiscal year. Infocomp will add at least 7 million = 15 million in earnings. the dilution is 10 percent with stock held in escrow for years.
I see the stock to at least double on this news.
downside is insiders own 85% of stock so it will be hard to find stock on offer.
also it now has a firm footing in overseas market with Abbey Group which is a client of infocomp.
