RCF have choked the company's upside and made the shareholders back seaters or in the boot. One can only imagine the choking convenants that RCF have in place to basically discourage any bank lenders to project finance thus leaving RCF as the financier of last resort.
IMO this is effectively a take over by financial engineering stealth.
