wobblyboots - its nice to have a conspiracy theory but 1,000,000 shares @ 1.6 cents is only $16,000, sure the sale looks large but in real terms it's not that much.
If something happened with the other bank, MZI have a legal obligation to let the market know ASAP, I have it on good sources that the company went into trading halt as soon as they new the outcome of the other bank.
Nedbank is still there, RCF are still there, just give management the time to sort out the mess that the other bank left, the wheels are in motion!!
