gdaf, you make an interesting observation because the substantial shareholder that you mentioned came onto both ZNC and CAP register quickly and strongly.
As Peter mentioned in a previous post regading AGO/GIR, there is I believe some imediate synergy between three stocks for AGO, and these are ZNC , CAP and GUN.
Looking just at ZNC and CAP's area both are close to infra-structure, the iron ore is of the higher grade with little impureties its a good consolidation of iron ore holdings in Australia for AGO and just maybe their registers with the substantial shareholders which may be friendly to AGO should the need arise.
