Hope the lack of "material results" is not Cue playing down a bad result. That is, if you say it is a material result and then say the well was unsuccessful, then not so good for the way people think about the CUE share price, better to just say the well was unsuccessful.

Also, Cue's announcement talks about the 'drill results' of the Ironbark well. Result is defined as the outcome or consequence. To me, it would seem too early to know the consequence or outcome of the Ironbark well right now unless it was a duster. After all we need to know whether the gas flows and other details which takes more time to determine.

I hope I am wrong and reading too much into it. I have held Cue for a long time just waiting for today's announcement.
