I doubt it would be cash raising as this does not fit in
with the tone of the continuing exploration and the cash on hand. It is not a great time to raise cash although the east coast gas pricing issues in the press lately means that this stock could be undervalued by a large amount.
Best to demonstrate that by selling a small part at a large multiple?
