Kik is not their target (IMHO)...they are busy looking in Africa through CMI opportunities. This placement is definitely for more than operational expenses and is siginificant enough to call a trading halt, which is good news as an indication that deals are close.
Having Ted Jacobson as founder and Chairman is fantastic but if you look at the people they have brought onboard throughout the last year and the board changes, this is being set up for big things!!
