Very exciting development, can't wait to see what the good Doctor has in store for us. To be honest I wasn't expecting an acquisition till next year. This should generate more interest and hopefully push SP into the 2's which is closer to true value in my opinion. That gap ~0.028 is certainly on the radar short term if the market likes where the Doctor is taking us.
