my understanding is that on suspension all current orders are purged from the system, so we will be starting from a clean slate once trading again regarding orders.
The amount of buy orders kept increasing yet no move was made on the sell side, read that as you will but my opinion (DYOR) is that there were more people trying to get on board and none trying to get off.
