I think you could make the argument a partner coming in
is a merger of sorts. I agree the terminology is up for debate and is a bit ambiguious.
I think this is similar to that bitech in the US that tookon
a partner earlier this year I think, it went up 300% or so, thats why I'm not sleeping either. Its also the reason I don't want to be left out too.
