I think you will find that seller is now gone, i too got fed up with the capping and had my broker contact the selling broker {they were in the same firm}, so he could tell who it was, and we took the last of the line. I agree that the fundamentals look great and confirmation that the new deal has been done, will hopefully re-rate this great little company,there are so many positives about how this company does business.
