Unlikely to be a takeover. My money is on a major capital raising to expedite the Bank Feasiblity Study. So the trading halt might be lifted with 2 annoucements. One is the positive Scoping Study, and the other is a Cap raising for the BFS.
Scoping study itself shouldn't warrant a 3 day trading halt.
