It could be any of the suggestions made by Sally. The timing certainly is right and I know they wanted to do the funding for Jump Up by December. CVRD are more than likely to go ahead - can't see why they'd let this slide by in the current nickel turf war that is going on in WA between the majors.
Could also be news on the acid plant, water, or even drilling results from Aubils. We will just have to continue to be patient.
