I was under that impression as well, which begs the question, as it says in this trading halt,
'Negotiations with with TKS Samruk regarding the Spasskaya Copper Joint Venture'
If they already have a signed JV, what is there left to negotiate? You might negotiate from transition from a Heads of Terms to a signed JV. That's why it would be handy if they had actually published a copy of the signed JV. Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think this has been provided to shareholders.
