Could be to do with securing the drilling permits as it was tks responsibility under the jv to organize the permits. From annual report " The companies jv partner is currently in the process of securing sub soil Rights contract with government body" it appears from the annual report jv was signed march this yr.
They talk about drilling start of winter which would be dec this yr So drilling permit approval would need to be this month
Could go either way I quess.
The other thing with this stock is that a believe jordon to be pretty kosher and don't think he would engage in a transaction that was detrimental to the company just to make some dough.
