It really is a terrific piece of dirt.
My tip is an agreement in the process line rather than offtake.
ARU has been quite deliberate about not selling the stuff until they are ready to maximise returns.
That said it is quite possible that someone has just upped the ante and put an offer forward that cant be refused.
Certainly going to be one pivotal week though.. imho.
