    I suspect the TH is simply to cope with the practical difficulty in dealing with 3 different time zones - Aus, Seychelles, UK - and making sure that all information is available to all with no advantage. Good practice IMHO.

    Fingers crossed the announcement is for final, complete approval of the farm out & Petroleum agreement & JOA.
