Sydney - Thursday - January 17: (RWE Aust Business News) -
Emerald Oil & Gas (ASX:EMR) has reached an in principle agreement with
Capital Investment Partners to raise up to $2.025 million, providing
additional funds for exploration and production in the USA and Canning
Basin, Western Australia.
The issue of up to 22.5m share at 9c each with a free attaching
option expiring in May 2008 will be made to international and domestic
clients of Capital.
The placement will be in two tranches, the first of 4.5m shares
will raise $405,000 and the second, of 18m shares to raise $1.62m, is
subject to shareholder approval.
