Two oil discovery within two months can be considered a miracle, but is not impossible. I've been vested in FAR for the last 8 years and have always believe in the west Africa deep sea drilling story. My prediction is that they have some positive update for early oil shows, hence the early announcement. Why would they pull a duster now, when we're not even due to hit targets. Good luck all!
