The market has pushed CRE up a couple of cents on its announcement.
But on my reading, and I admit it has been quick, CRE by aiming to issue those hundreds of millions of shares at 38c will now be over 51% controlled by another party.
To me that looks like a partial takeover with the current shreholders becoming minority shareholders.
If that is the case I am not impressed.
