Do you mean Eli Lilly? If they have in fact signed off, they are obliged to tell the market asap. That fact that we are in a TH may mean that they can take their time but I'm pretty sure that if the deal has now been concluded that the announcement will be posted at 9am or whenever the asx reads their pre-open faxes.
$50m down payment (if true) is nice and represents about 30c a share (am I right?). The terms of the royalties will be critical to any significant increase in SP.
