I am guessing those "In The Know" are also the same ones that hold RMSO options
If you look at the sell que for RMSO the sell is $2.20 & $2.40 if you add to that the exercise price of the options (18.75 cents from memory) the Options seller is value on the ORDs of $2.38.
Will be interesting to see the trades on the ORDs once she comes out of trading halt.
