The ASX issues notice but as I understand it the company is given some time to respond and it can go back and forth. The process can result in both the ticket , the reply and the outcome of these processes could go into the next day.
I would suspect that in exploration and early stage miners that June is a month in which these falls can happen maybe if the company just explains that the share has fallen so far that it would have a lot of tax related selling - I suspect they are more lenient.
I certainly don't want another notice stating the obvious - we are exploring opportunities etc etc and that shareholders have been ... we have no idea what is going on.
My view just relax - whatever will happen is going to happen.
