bioshares this morning has given some hints as to the TH reasoning.

Both suggestions are commericalisation deas with respect to programs gained from mtr.. either thru APP or Pfizer (pfizers interest bioshares point out may be a possible patent extension for a drug generating almost 1$Billion wrth sales whose patent expires feb 2008)

either way you would think that a commercial deal along the lines of heparine would add substantial value to the co. and to the sp.

btw.. get bioshares.. excellent read generally (excluding POH).
