While I tend to agree that I would also love someone to come in like that it would have to cover both Apurimac & Cuzco. Cuzco is not mentioned therefore I'm writing that theory off. Sure I may be wrong & would love to be proved wrong.

With the AF having multiple partners in another part of the world as well as people from the potential contract w winners any things of this nature if known could instigate insider trading.

If they have the knowledge but not ready to produce they must trade halt. Trade Halt doesn't mean the news has to big.

I sincerly hope your right & I'm wrong though.
