This must be of serious concern to all shareholders, they have just raised a truck load of money at 3 cents, issued $1.75 million of secured convertible notes also at 3 cents being another 58.3 million shares and still they can't get their act together.
I was looking for a medium term hold but after this will have to reassess my options
