trading halt re cap raising, page-8

In December after attending the CNN agm i posted that a cap raising will be coming. Clearly they have potential but in the world of the green technology space winning contracts are not as easy as that and changing companies and society from normal everyday plastics to biodegradable is difficult especially as costs are higher. Usually it takes legislation to achieve these goals. At the meeting i asked these questions and they agreed its a tough market and it takes time and yes capital will be needed before becoming cash flow positive will be achieved and even then to ramp up sales they would still need cash injections to produce more.

As i said in my post in December this is a great stock potential wise and will be looking to increase my holding after cap raisings and possibly towards late 2012/early 2013 as this might be when CNN starts to really fulfill its potential. Large companies like Nestle take years of trialing and and talking to come to any deals. Seen it many times before with many stocks in the green space.

Hopefully this raising isn't done at a heavy discount.
