Unfortunately, one can only push the share price down, on low volume, if there are small number of buyers.

Buyers tend to be excited by positive news flows - but there have been very few announcements- even when the news is very good.

So in a round about way - one could argue that a lack of new flow actually facilitates the pushing down of the share price.

Does AJL have anything to answer in relation to lack of continuous disclosure of the positive news events for the Cuadrilla / UK Shale side of the business?

AJL have made 70 announcements via the ASX this calendar year. 26 have been 'market sensitive'.

Only three of the market sensitive announcements and one non-sensitive announcements related directly to UK (based on a quick review of all announcements by headline text - as follows:

- PriceSens AJ Lucas announces sale of 25% interest in Bowland Prospect
- PriceSens BGS Releases Bowland Basin Gas in Place Estimate
- PriceSens Response to Media Commentary
- Cuadrilla - Working with Communities in the UK

Most of the other announcements relate to financing, which don't exactly excite the market - even if they may provide some relief.

Cuadrilla has had a hard time in the UK - because it's opponents see it potentially making dramatic progress in extracting oil and gas in the UK. I think extreme protestors are much more aware of our potential than local shareholders, and the number and content of announcements would not give them any compelling reason to.
