Guys,
I haven't posted for quite some time but I can see that AJL is rapidly heading for privatisation. My prediction is that it will be a Kerogen driven consortium. I think that the best ordinary shareholders will get is the old VWAP+40%. This will no doubt be recommended by the board. There is no obvious blocking stake as I would expect Belbay will be part of the action as will Andial given that Campbell is remaining as CEO. As the major players are already close to 70% there is only the remaining 30% to mop up.
I don't believe the Cuadrilla "change of control" clause gives any protection. My last reading of this clause was that it only required consent from other members of Cuadrilla. This consent could be easily given.
