This will be bad news.
kerogen must think that it is in their self interest (as distinct from the company's interest)to keep the current status quo in so far as management structure is concerned. This is concerning because in other circumstances heads would have rolled - it is not obvious why they have not demanded change. So this makes me fear about what Kerogen will ultimately do.
They may have good UK prospects - but it doesn't mean that shareholders will be able to share in the win.
