    over shares; WYL last A$3.54, price suggesting increase in offer or rival bid likely,
    particularly since WYL rejection with independent valuation midpoint A$3.90. May well be
    rival bid from South Africa's Barloworld - owner of Taubmans, Bristol and White
    Knight brands - after Dec. 28 announcement it was interested.
