Scooter may I ask why you believe Biddle is the right man to be Chairman? Don’t get me wrong, I understand he has achieved great things at PLS and I too was hoping he would bring leadership to TNG. But putting aside his time at PLS and if we look at his form since the GM, what has Biddle done which still gives you confidence?

As a recap:
- Last minute phone calls offering GW a seat on the board to drop the 249d
- Fisher leaving and no thanks or acknowledgment in the statement to ASX
- PB is still on the payroll with 12 month notice period
- Late Friday announcement give 1 business day to nominate as a director
- No change in company communication (As reported from those who sent email to company about the NT presentation
- No stated objective for the company’s direction
- No show at the NT conference today.

I appreciate your comments have changed in tone a little of late and you seem more open to discussing if Biddle is the right man to lead the company. I am just lost as to why you think he will set the right culture and direction for moving forward when all his previous actions have been more of the same as we have had for the past 5-7 years? What is it that you think Biddle will do to change the direction of the company?
