I guess for me maybe because of my age or temperament resistance to change can be a possible factor I sure seen this in my corporate life in high end IT multinationals and healthcare companies many games are played.
I also say I probably feel I know Biddle better that I know Wilson so that's just my 2c but trust me once I see a time to change this position it will happen in a heartbeat and that time is approaching so Biddle is on notice in my own mind.
That's the honest feeling here with me. For me PB would only be there short term for a hand over...
