the one fundamental question here is whether or not centro can rearrange its finances...
they've got internationals on the case
they've got solid revenue streams
they've got assets they can sell
It's hilarious reading articles about vacancy rate increases of 0.3% in regional USA shopping malls being somehow relevant...
where are the no-nonsense Aussies I used to think I knew...
the papers are out of their league here ... we all know it so lets just collectively STFU and learn something in this very intereting and unique case...
