You are right there, and that is not included in this report.Newspapers are more interested in the impact they will cause if they put a twisted , sensationalistic version.In regard to MFS, I don't remember them saying they wanted to be appointed as administrator in the sense of company closure which is the hint this reporter is suggesting.
